The symbol representing Traction Leadership is a speculative tire tread, being built from a single shape changing orientation and scale. The transformation of the shape represents the same growth and change leaders and team members will experience when collaborating with this business. With the small changes made, traction will be found for increased connections, improved systems, and greater results within the workplace.
